As the title. Should I enable the XMP on my ram before or after I overclock the cpu?

Ok mate. I haven't attempted it yet as I'm just trying to get it all straight in my head.
At the moment I have running stock:
6700k
Gigabyte gaming 7
Corsair vengeance 3000mhz
