XMP v Disabled

Could you guys advise if having XMP disabled is likely to give me bad performance?

This is XMP enabled, but I think it's giving stability issues...

This is XMP disabled, which the BIOS sets on optimised defaults and it gives no stability issues (I want to run with these settings)...

Looking at the SPD table there doesn't seem any point in the XMP/AMP profiles either. That's some funky RAM you have there...
 
NB frequency is much higher with XMP disabled, i dont know what is a safe limit but id be wary of that untill someone with more knowledge can come along and advise you
