Hi guys!

Just upgraded to a 6850K, MSI X99A Gaming Pro Carbon and some 3200MHz Dom Plat RAM.

When I enable XMP in the BIOS the System Agent voltage is changed to 1.35v! Is this normal/ok?

I'm asking as with my previous Z97 build I had to up the SA voltage when enabling XMP as I was getting BSODs.

1.35V should be the RAM voltage, not the system agent.

Mine definitely isn't at 1.35V - it's at 1.1V. At higher speeds, I've found it quite normal to need to bump the SA voltage up a little to get stability.

1.35V is a fairly standard voltage for high-speed DDR4.

Hi,

As stated it's the System Agent voltage that's displayed at 1.35 -

Having said that I encountered a lot of instability with it enabled so think I'll leave it off!!!
