When i select memory on agressive mode pc freeze when enter windows .....or after 1-2 min when enter in windows

XMP and EXPO are essentially the same thing but not mutually inclusive, the latter being specific to AMD but most more recent AMD motherboards will support XMP just fine.

Sounds like you bought an XMP specific set of RAM, I'd just enable XMP and see how it goes. You'll probably be fine, but if you do run into any issues just send it back for an EXPO kit.

I am using XMP with my AMD (EXPO) motherboard, and manually overclocked: it makes no real difference. The EXPO/XMP brandings provide an element of certainty that you should be able to secure certain timings/speed on the respective Intel/AMD motherboard. Typically, those same timings are still achievable on the contrary chipset!

EXPO/XMP are just profiles the manufacturer has tested and loaded onto the memory sticks, fairly meaningless outside of the first few weeks/months of a new platform release. In the unlikely event you encounter issues, it's probably just one or two settings that would need changing in the BIOS.
