not sure if my board supports xmp,thanksYou need to enable it to use full speed of memory and not handicap CPU's performance.
Bettet just make sure that there's specified voltage set for memory.
If BIOS tries to force XMP speed, but doesn't take correct voltage spec there might be problems in getting PC to boot.

i have ver 3.10,bios i think.it does i have the B350 tomahawk max so older board and it supports it.
however i would recommend updating to the latest BIOS first.

im having the same trouble with msi gaming laptop, in uefi bios it says wrong image size,cant work it out.No worries
It's a much safer way to flash a BIOS, through Windows can bork your board so best avoided if possible.
