I've got a Pentium D 805 an have been overclocking it to about the 3.5-3.7ghz mark. I havent paid much attention to the RAM, and noticed the timings were set to auto in the BIOS, and CPU-Z says its running @334MHz. My RAM is 1GB Corsair XMS 5400, am I getting the most out of this, can i run faster. Also, can someone tell me the best timings to run them at in the BIOS. ANy help would be greatly appreciated :)

so how would that go in the BIOS, i mean in the BIOS there are these names which one is which? T(ras) etc? Also, what would be better a dual core clocked at 3.4ghz and fast ram or 3.6ghz and slower ram? Be really grateful if you could help me on that! :)
