Does anyone know the best timings i could get with this ram, i currently have it at 4-4-4-12 2t.

Also does anyone know how high itll go Mhz wise.

Those are probably the best timings you'll get. I certainly can't guarantee it but, I have seen some users going up to about DDR900 or so with 5,5,5,15, 2T. If you need to, you can go to 2.1v within warranty.
