Xonar D2X problem.

Hello,

Got a bit of a strange problem just occured. The sound from my 2.1 speakers connected to a Xonar D2X has gone very quiet, even with the volume on full. I've tried the speakers with the onboard sound and theyre perfect so it's looking like a problem with the Xonar. I'm connecting to the green socket. All the lights are lit. Any ideas at all?

dodgy floppy power connection?

It is a known fault where the power lead doesn;t push on far enough. Push it on really hard, it worked for me.

Glad to hear it. Bad design fault tbh. It had me scratching my head for a week before I came across the solution on the web.
