Xonar d2x problem.

Hey OCuk!

Been having some trouble with my Xonar D2X.
When I'm watching a movie or listening too music it sometimes changes the out-put, as in the sound from speaker X comes out of speaker Y..

It happens at random and sometimes a few times after each other.
When it happens I change the Analog-out away from 5.1 and back, and then all is back and good.

Has anyone else had a problem like this?

I'm using Windows 7 64bit, and Logitech Z 550 (5.1) and the newest drivers ofcource.

Hope someone can help me.

Just a minor note, you have got the power connector all the way on yes? I had some odd issues when I didn't have it fully connected and it was easy to miss as the plastic socket bit is able to move up the connector pins, had to push it back up them to make a proper connection.

Im quite sure I do yes.
And it seems software related, since I can change it back in the software?

Have you tried uninstalling the drivers, and installing the latest, or reinstalling them if you have the latest ones? Reinstalling without uninstalling first, sometimes wont get rid of the problem, if there is one. I had a volume issue with my Essence a while back, I got rid of the drivers, re-installed them, and it's been find ever since. Worth a try.
