Xonar DX on my motherboard?..

Hey guys,

I'm just wondering if I could install a Xonar DX onto my motherboard? I.e. is there enough room for it?

My motherboard is the Asus M4A78LT-M LE. I've got a 5850 gpu in it, which goes into a PCI-E slot?

I think the Xonar goes into a PCI-E slot, but the specs say that my mother board has:

1 x PCIe 2.0 x16
1 x PCIe x1
2 x PCI

So I'm guessing that the GPU is using up one of these, maybe the x16 one? If so, could I put the Xonar into the PCIe x1?

Yes, it would go behind your GPU, so it'd be fine.
