Xonar STX2 ribbon cable replacement?

Hey all,

I have a Xonar STX 2,Great card i love it..been using it just standalone without the daughter board as it wasn't necessary.

However now I'm thinking of setting up my Logitech 5.1 setup, So will need to use the Daughter board.

Does anyone know where i can get a Black ribbon cable suitable for this card to replace the horrible grey one? I've had a look around on google but doesn't seem to be anything.





As you can see the cable isn't the best looking lol.

Hey pal,

Yeah i did think maybe something from a Raspberry PI cable wise or those thin female to female cables that are the same as what you connect your front case on/off switches with cut to size with ends crimped on so its easily removable.
Its not a huge deal because even though my side panel is see through, it barely is as its a dark smoked glass so i probably wouldn't see the stock cable all that much...hmm.

Wow this brings back memories before SATA existed lol

Ah haha i know right, Those dust keeper IDE cables lol.

I've still not done anything in regards to this yet, Not had the time to set up my 5.1.
