Xonar U7

No need to have the Realtek drivers installed if you don't want them. Shouldn't make any difference either way. You could just disable the onboard audio in the BIOS if you don't want the onboard audio or have the unknown device showing in hardware properties.
 
Also with the U7,once you have tweaked your settings in its software,no need to have its software and DolbyH4 running in the background either :)
