Xonar Xense Question

Just a quick brief to my current set up:

Bose Multimedia speakers
Plantronics Gamecom 377

Both connected to "Asus Xonar DG 5.1 PCI Sound Card with built in Headphone Amp" using an audio splitter. However, i am contemplating on upgrading my headset and have found the Asus Xonar Xense + 350 bundle to be rather inviting.

My main question is if i was to upgrade to this bundle would i do the following:

Bose Multimedia jack to rear Xonar Xense
Seinheisser 350 to front audio jack

Im assuming that the Xonar Xense has a connection for the front audio jack? and how would this effect sound quality? My main concern is would i have to switch between headset and headset in order to change the output sound one from the other? At the moment i can have sound coming out from headset and speakers via the audio splitter.

So i can use the rear for both? The speakers i have are:

Bose Companion 3 2.1 Computer Speakers

Also looking at the sound card here are the jacks:

Analog Output Jack:
6.30mm jack*1 (Headphone out); 7.1ch analog output (via bundled audio splitter cable)
Analog Input Jack:
6.30mm jack *1 (Shared by Line-In/Mic-In)
Other line-level analog input (for CD-IN/TV Tuner):
Aux-In (4-pin header on the card)
Digital S/PDIF Output:
High-bandwidth Coaxial/TOS-Link combo port supports 192KHz/24bit
Front-Panel Header:
Shared by Headphone out / 2 channels out / Microphone in

Am i right in saying 1 can be used for my headphone out and another for the headphone microphone? But what about the speakers jack?

So am i right in saying that both are included in the package?

The link you posted could be used for the speakers and i could also use the HDMI adaptor for the headphones?

Also if this was the case would the sound output come out from both speakers and headphones at the same time like my current set up or would i have to switch them around all the time?
