XP-120 good enough for an Opti 165?

Would an XP-120 with a decent fan be able to cool an Opteron 165 sufficiently even with mild overclocks or should I invest in another cooler? It is currently cooling my A64 3500 @ 3800 speeds which idling at @ 24oc.
