XP 64

Hi I am running XP 64 bit and I am trying to install some software but all my 32 bit applications will not install. Now I believe these should work because of the wow64 32bit emulator but it is not working on my system. Any ideas

I run xp 64 and 99.99% of the software is fine inc games
