XP 64Bit Including Service Pack 1???

I currently have a problem with a Tyan motherboard and the RAID function... I have contacted Tyan support to be told that the board requires XP 64Bit Including Service Pack 1... To the best of my knowledge there is no such OS yet... Any ideas?

Yeah we have OEM versions that i am installing... These flipping Tyan boards are poor... yeah they may be the latest technology but thats no good if they dont bloody work.... Grrrrrrr!!!!!
