Xp Boot slowed down

Hey all,

Recently my Xp boot has decided to slow right down, the xp logo comes up with the loading bar, which starts of a bit jolty, then it takes much longer that it did previously.

I have made a few changes recently, installed new Directx, new graphics card driver, and many more so can't pin point what started it off. Is there a way of seeing what its taking a while to load up at the start so I could try and find out what the problem is?
