I have an XP virtual machine running in Parallels.

Up until today, it's been fine but now the clock is jumping forward one hour every minute.

Here's a video - Look what happens when the seconds increment from 55 to 56.

I've tried with it set to GMT and UTC.

I don't have the box ticked to sync to internet time and the VM is configured to not sync the time from the host computer.

The clock on this XP has to be accurate, I run radio software which times to the second and so I have to have the clock right. I normally use Dimension 4 which keeps it accurate but even with it disabled, the clock still jumps forward.

Has anyone experienced this before or has any idea about a fix?

It's a nice thought but there are no outstanding patches through Windows update :(

I thought this was April fools come early, I stand corrected.

Not helpful I know, but LOL! :D.

Did you try doing a sync with windows server?

Yes, I tried that but it only does it once a week anyway and besides, once it's synced, it just jumps the next hour.

I need the clock on that PC to remain at GMT and be accurate to the second anyway so using the Windows sync is a waste of time as it only runs weekly.
