Right after boot to the desktop, this window
keeps popping up every couple of seconds, then closes again
PC is XP, updated, no virus according to AVG, hijackthis reveals nothing of note, last thing I firckled with was just the wireless settings, so this appears to be a random fault?
Suspected a heat issue but tonight it's freezing in here and I get the same fault, I bet it's pretty dusty in there though (bedroom, PC on floor
)
ex-IT but I've not seen this before and google is not helping me look like I know what I'm doing!
Hopefully I have the XP disk somewhere and I'll reload, but really this should be fixable, although I've done all the important stuff like make sure all my (friends) porn is safe
