Either that or have 2 fingers on the trackpad when clicking, thats how I do it.

It tells you that in the system preferences..
"Use two fingers on the trackpad to scroll"
Although you have to enable secondary clicking.
But i dont have a OSX on this MBP pro yet, i do have OSX Tiger disk but it wont install for some reason but i think its because it has a Intel Core 2 Duo 2.33 Chip in it. So will have to insatll panther when i get it.
You installed Windows without booting in to OS X?

I think it's been installed via Bootcamp, then the OS X partition has been deleted so it runs Windows natively.
Iirc, he bought it with just Windows on it.
