XP Install . .

I have a PC in which the HDD has failed. The owner has the license key (side of case) but doesn't have the original disks.

If I replace the HDD and re-installed windows from one of my XP install disks but use her license, will this work/activate legally? I can't see why not..

What do you think?

Cheers. I'm assuming the new HDD will just require a telephone call to activate.
