Hey guys quick question should i restore my bios and get rid of my overclock or can i leave the overclock on and install a fresh copy of xp ? what do you recommend

If its proven stable then will just be the same as installing at stock speeds

Yeah, if your clocks are stable there's no need to reset the bios.

Does the motherboard not give the option to store different bios setting profiles? if it does save the overclock settings to a profile, then set the system to stock, reinstall your os then when your up and running again load the overclock setting profile in the bios.
