XP - Is it possible to create a desktop shortcut for ALT + TAB?

As topic really,

is it possible to create a shortcut on the desktop that will have the same effect as pressing ALT and TAB on the keyboard?

Possibly some sort of macro recorder. Thats assuming it isnt some sort of protected windows shortcut thingymajig.

But why? You would have to minimise all windows to the desktop to change between them.
