all,
i'm trying to install the above programme on my works PC but getting no where fast.
I have downloaded the correct programmes from microsoft and started to run them in the correct order.
When i try and install the Virtual PC (Windows6.1-KB958559-x86) it runs through, places the update in the update cache and then restarts.
upon booting back up it then gets to 25% install and tells me it's failed the update so reverts back the changes. It gives no error codes.
Is there something i'm missing or something that within Enterprise which isn't turned on etc.
i've a programme which will only run in XP and it's getting quite annoying now.
any help would be appreciated
