XP OEM Disk

Where can I get hold of a Windows Xp sp2 oem disc and a Windows XP oem none service pack disc.

I don't have the disks but I do have the product keys as my laptop didn't and family PC didn't come with a XP CD.

Would it be a case of borrowing one from someone or copying someones ?
Or can you download this from MS ?

I'm assuming this isn't illegal is it as I own the product key ?
If i'm not alllowed to discuss this then can a mod please delete.

If you can borrow an OEM XP SP2 disc then you can use that to reinstall XP using the serial key on the PC you are restoring. Why do you need a version with no service packs? The SP2 disk will work with all OEM serial keys.
