Im 99% sure this is a scam but just wanted to check. AFAIK it is illegal to resell OEM copies of windows isnt it?

Oh and a piece of advice: NEVER buy MS software from ebay.

well he's not wasted it has he. If the guy is selling illegal software then the auction is void and as he hasnt paid, he wont lose anything.
