Just need this clearing up, can you use the OEM version of xp on as many machines as you want?

Also what's the difference between the three versions available on ocuk - why is one 50 quid when another is 80?

Hello Cowuuube,

If you purchase an OEM license, it is tied to the system or motherboard to be exact, that it was originally installed on. You can upgrade any hardware component of that specific machine except the motherboard and your license will still be valid.

Now, if you wish to install Windows XP on a number of machines and use them all at the same time, this will require you to purchase a number of licenses.

Also what's the difference between the three versions available on ocuk - why is one 50 quid when another is 80?

The Windows XP Edition that is costing £56.39 inc VAT is the Home Edition.

The Windows XP Edition costing £89.29 inc VAT is the Professional Edition.

Finally, the Windows XP Edition costing £88.11 inc VAT is the Professional x64 Edition. :)
