Xp on sale for how long?

When Vista finally hits the stores on 30 January 2007 how long will
microsoft continue production of xp discs and hence be available to be bought from retailers?

Possibly wanting to build new machines next year with Xp and not vista, shall I buy now or wait ?
 
wait and then buy it as the XP prices will drop

you could always buy the XP packs with free Vista upgrade coupons now - best of both worlds perhaps?
 
Having looked in the software section OcUK doesnt appear to offer any free upgrade to Vista with oem versions of windows. Presumably this offer is only with retail versions or with certain built pcs on sale now. Mainly intrested in oem for pcs that will not be hardware upgraded.
