Hi, at work we all have a different log on to keep our files secure. I'm pretty sure someone has been using my log-in so I've changed my password but is there a way to check when a certain account has been logged on?? Just need the time and date the account was used but not sure how to find this or if this is possible.

Are the files kept on a server?

If so, depending on the level of auditing on the server share, a list of authenticated users will be shown as well as log on times and dates.
