xp pro install help needed ASAP!

OK! not sure what is going on!?

Setup loads... i press F6 so i can put my SATA drivers on, nothing seams to happen-like i am not hitting F6.. :confused:
Then it says loading setup files (windows executive)...


Or someit like that, CD spins for a min or 2 then stops and thats it! :confused: :(

well sounds to me like the SATA drivers may not be on the XP CD, which is a little odd.
whan i got my shuttle the SATA drivers came in a floppy disc so i had to load them first then load up windows after.

did u get any such floppy discs with the motherboard you got?
 
You need your SATA drivers on a floppy disc.

Press F6 when asked.

Then Select when asked.

I should be able to remember, as I only did one this morning, but I was more interested in seeing how the NLite slipstreamed install was going to work (which it did in about 10 minutes). :)

Yeah i had the drivers on floppy disc.

not to worry now i have sorted it, still dont know what it was tho, think the setup was just hanging.
