I'm not sure if there's a WMP11 skin for XP, but most Vista style's should fit the bill.
If you have a search on these forums, there's lots of posts about how to theme XP. And you can find a plethora of themes on DeviantArt
To make it easier for your self, you could a theme pack which will install itself and patch the necessary system files for you.
If you look on softpedia(.com) for the Vista Transformation Pack, or have a look at the Vista Antracite Pack on DeviantArt.
Although, please read the ReadMe before you install, as they alter system files on your computer, and there may be special instructions with them (i.e. Boot into safe mode to install).
