XP SP3 Update Problems

I am having a few problems getting updates since i installed XP around a month ago. I was happy with having SP2 on my pc but Windows update would only allow me to go to SP3, since i have been on SP3 i have not been able to recieve updates. All updates listed are marked down as 0KB and auto updates dont work either.

If any of you know the problem please let me know
 
i couldnt install live messenger directly either, had to install 8.0 and then use the update option inside live messenger to do it
