XP System restore option Question

I have OS on C:
I have data on D:, E: (some games might have been 'installed' to D

Currently i have system restore switched on for all 3.

Question: I can understand System Restore being needed for C: BUT is System Restore needed for D: & E:...

????

It's up to you really,just switch D & E off,i don't use system restore at all.Don't find any use for it at all
