maybe you guys can help.

xp machine, i have set the time and date correctly. all correct language and time zones...

after a reboot it resets the time to a random one, sometimes a few days extra and time, sometimes weeks or months, just completly random...

any ideas??? tried disabling windows time and it still changes...

but that would reset it to like a default early date.. whatever it is... not foward?

Its also happening on two different machines.... (not even in the same building)

With LANs - PC's connected to a LAN are synchronized by the LAN controller (Host CPU). If you synchronize the clock on it the PC's on the LAN will be synchronized. However, this is for real LANs and not routers.
Is the clock change completely random, or is it gaining time ?

You said at the top that you've turned off the XP clock.
Is the clock correct in the BIOS at each cold boot, or is it changing there before Windows launches ?
