XP to Windows 7 file transfer

Has anyone got a clue how i can set up my network so i can view (and download) files form my windows 7 pc to my windows xp pc?

Should be pretty easy.

How have you got them connected so far i.e. through the same router/switch ?

Tis ok - i'd got my files in my user folder instead of the public one

Is there anyway to change what folders are included in the shared section?

As otherwise i would have to copy and paste all the files there.

Right mouse click the folder, click properties and then click share
