XP: What's happened to my task manager?

Ok I don't know what's happened to my task manager or how to fix it.

Anyone any ideas:

In case you hadn't noticed i'm missing the menu's at the top...

Edit: oops...i thought this was a general OS forum...can't some kind mod move it? Sorry about that.
