Hi guys,
Been doing some work on an old machine of mine and decided to do a defrag in windows and schedule a check disk for the next time I restarted... we I restarted and now I can't get the machine to boot! It does the chkdsk and then restarts and then I get the xp splash screen and then it restarts with the safe mode screen
None of which seem to work!
I'm sure this happens on a different machine before and I posted. I was told it was very common and given some instructions.
Can anyone help me out, I really can't remember what was said
