XPC SN27P AM2 Bios Flashing ?

Hello all,

I have the above xpc, i'm wanting to update the bios.
I don't have a floppy drive to flash from that, is there another way to flash the bios please ? ? ?

On the CD that came with the barebones is a Windows flash program. It's meant to have a certain degree of risk associated with it though. But i've never had a problem with it, and have flashed two new BIOS versions.

Thanks, have given this a go and as far as i can say it's worked. PC is still working, guess it's flashed ok
