Hi Guys

Anyone know anything about the above?

I've tried googling it but not found anything for it.

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

I've had a few issues recently with missing dll files, not sure whats caused it

As the file can't be found how could I upload it though?

I wonder if AVG has removed something and not done a proper job?

Sorry. I should have mentioned. The error appears on startup. Only on my log in though. It doesn't seem to appear for my girlfriend.

it is going to be something either in your start up folder within C:\Users\martyn\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

or in the registry at

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

maybe you have installed something and not removed it correctly

if not just remove everything from those locations that does not look familiar. if that does not fix it then you have some sort of malware.

Good point :o.

If you can't find it from what groen mentioned you could look for it in msconfig (type it into the start menu) or autoruns and then disable it.

Bingo

Found it in msconfig.

Its for an aplication called JRACEVATEPINUKO

Which again there is no mention of anywhere on google. I've disabled it anyway s hopefully it won't be a problem

Now do as I suggested and remove AVG and use something decent. You need to run some scans to confirm nothing else is there.
