Very nice spec for that sort of money. I paid £550 for mine with a T5550 1.83GHz C2D, 2GB of RAM, 160GB HDD, Intel graphics, LED display and 4-cell battery. The warranty makes it even better.

I'd actually be wondering why it's so cheap. But definitely recommended, in any case.
