I cant seem to get my BT to work on my dell, I have it installed (i presume i do its seen in bios) and enabled in bios but when I try and install the drivers it says activate bluetooth using fn + f2 or the radio on off switch tried that but it doesnt make any difference, ive got the intel pre N card too which seems to be acting odd, it wouldnt install from the files I downloaded via dells site, i had to manual install via cp from the extracted folder

Any ideas what im doing wrong?

WLAN is sorted, but ill be buggered if i can install the bluetooth, ive checked under the cover and its definately there, just keeps saying to enable bluetooth by fn + f2 to continue when im installing the drivers which makes sod all difference, getting fed up now :@

after 6 windows installs got to the route of the problem, the wireless drivers given by dell for the WLAN using my service tag (Vista Home Premium) were for XP doh! and the Bluetooth needed patched drivers which updated the firmware, alls well that ends well
