What do you want from it, capacity or speed?
If you want speed then SSD. If storage then whatever the largest capacity you can afford.
I beleive that is a standard 2.5" SATA drive so you have lots of options depending on what you need it for.
This is a good quality fast drive for just under £50. It will work perfectly in your XPS M1530. I have a XPS M1330 which has the exact same hard drive setup - SATA-II 2.5" drive (mentioned above by emailiscrap).
If it's a bit more than you were willing to spend you could drop the speed and/or capacity and save about £10-£15. If the capacity is too small, you could go for a 500GB for about £20 more.
