I want the second option as it's the same colour as the other black chrome XSPC fittings I have

Just wanted to know if your Mayhem's radiators come with the Blitz Part 2 kit and the XT1 concentrate? And are the rads any good?

The rads are really good. They do not come with anything but the radiator as the blitz kits were only included direct from Mayhems sorry.
