Xspc ex360 good enough?

Managed to get an xspc ex360 rad for £20 from eBay. Just wondering if you think it would enough to cool an fx cpu and r9 290x? I was thinking of putting it in the front of my suppressor f31 for a quiet build

I have the same rad cooling 780 and 4770k and temps are good so you shouldn't have a problem.

Aren't them and CPUs a little beastly though? I guess if your not overclocking the 290 it might not give off too much heat. Over clocked a 290 will easily heat up a 360 rad if your keeping the fans low for a quiet build.

I'm not going to overclock this build but may do when they release zen. At the moment both cpu and gpu are cooled by a h75 each and fans only speed up under load. Maybe I'll try with a push pull config. If not I will have to get a 240 as well but then that means opening up the top of the case
