XSPC Raystorm Pro

XSPC support is one of the worst I ever had.
Their products are OK, but when I had a problem, their support was useless so if I was building my loop from zero today I would go EK, Alphacool and/or Hardware labs.
I had some experience with EK support and they were very good so far.

Same here, raystorm pro arrived yesterday from ocuk, both bags of bolts rusty.

I'll just clean them up, but would probably be easier to have quick check in the box before shipping

I cleaned mine up, but there was pitting so abandoned them. Bought a V3 bolt set and used that, Overclockers are supposed to be getting replacement bolts to fix the problem, but I think I'll buy a different brand block or go back with my EK one.

It's a good performer and is working fine, no complaints about the block in that respect.
and in fairness to xspc my dual bay res+pump are still going strong 6 years in so i've had no isssues bar this one.

Really like the Raystorm but this is putting me off

It's only the bolts that are the problem so far, if you like the looks fair enough, but it performs no better than any other block they all perform pretty much the same maybe a couple of degrees difference.

It the customer service thats the problem, or lack of it they just reply with never heard of that problem, even if it's staring them in the face and try and move the blame to the user, thats of course after days to even reply.
