I want to flip my Raystrom 90degrees so the input is directly under the output socket. Is there any issues anyone can think of with doing this?

I want to do this as I have changed my loop order due to adding a pump top else where and dropped the D5 bay/res combo

I didn't think there would be an issue but I knew someone here would have tried it already.

Just out of curiosity why is there an in/out what is the difference?
