I bought this (i7 version) and it came with no instructions.

Anyway fitted it easily once I figured that some parts were not required!

My question is, does it matter which way round the inlet and outlet tubing goes on a i7?

I think on my Zalman LG775 block they were marked up, which is what made me wonder if it mattered...

for all blocks it is better to have the water entering at the lower port and leaving through the upper one. it just makes it easier to bleed.

Hmm... well I don't have the block like that... I have the ports horizontally next to each other :-p

Reckon it actually matters?

Instructions would be good with these things!

What is considered the best TIM now? I have AS5 on it atm, but have run out so need to buy some more TIM - just wondering if that's still the best to get?

Hey up,

Have set mine up the same as you,

In on the left out on the right.

Also used MX 2 ;) good stuff.

Did you use all the washers? Hope you did :D

Yeah, used all the washers - it was the chrome plate that threw me!

Figured it in the end though...

Will order some MX2 and reseat it I think...
