I've just ordered an XSPC X20 Watercooling Kit and have a few questions:

When filling up, should I leave the loop in place (in the pc) or remove the loop altogether?

Does the pump/res need to be held as high as possible when filling?

Also, has anybody else got this kit? If so, how are you getting on with it? Did you find the installation simple enough?

Thanks

Jim :)

Also, does anyone know how much liquid this kit takes approx?

I know this will vary between setups, but a rough figure would help :)

Should i go with de-ionised water or Feser One?

a bottle of feser should do a big loop fine. as long as the res is above the pump it will pump around and push ut all the air. It should be fine to fill in the case but run it off a PSU out of the case so the rest of the rig is not powered. fill with paper towels under the joints to spot for leaks

Feser etc is a complete waste, after a while ANY fluid becomes conductive anyway due to picking up "stuff" from contact with the waterblocks.

Deionised and if you're feeling adventurous, whatever additive is used nowadays, redline or similar.
