XTreme-G Forceware Drivers, Anyone used them?

I have used them in the past, they are just normal nvidia drivers (no one but nvidia makes drivers for their products) with "pre applied tweaks". Supposed to make them faster with better IQ, but I never noticed much of a difference between them and standard nvidia ones.
