XtremeMusic & Wrong speaker channels

Just got myself said card but the sound is coming from the wrong speaker channels. For example, the front centre is being played through the rear left speaker etc. But when I try and match the speakers up to the sound, it then shuffles itself so I can't get it to sound right.

Anyone had this chew?

Sorry ignore me. been trying to sort out this new PC for 12 hours today.

Had the yellow and green plugs the wrong way round. Bloody cards with no labels
